J.C. Penney, 1251 U.S. 31 North: Police responded at 11:42 a.m. Sunday to a report of robbery.

Burglary

600 block of Orchard Lane: Police responded at 6:31 p.m. Sunday to a report of theft of a rototiller and power washer.

Disturbance

5100 block of Johnson Street: A woman reported at 10:23 p.m. Saturday that a man slapped a woman, pushed another woman to the ground and threatened a man with a baseball bat. He was arrested.

Andrew M. Wozniak, 19, 89 Southwind Lane, Greenwood; arrested on charges of possession, consumption or transportation of alcohol by a minor, residential entry and disorderly conduct; held on $4,400 bond.
