GREENWOOD
Jacqueline V. Brewer, 83, of Greenwood, passed away Sunday, May 24, 2015.
She was born on Oct. 11, 1931, in Indianapolis to the late Walter Otto and Gladys Aida Tiefert. She was a member of Southland Communty Church.
She enjoyed fishing, hunting ginseng and mushrooms, and taking their camper to the lake.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Burr Brewer; and two children, Christopher Brewer and Carol Lynn Eggemeyer.
Survivors include a daughter, Teresa (Bryan) Brewer-Heath; grandchildren, Bradley Held, Barry Scott, Robin Scott, Raychel Eggemeyer, Tiffany Eggemeyer-Mitchell, Caryle Heath and Nicole Brewer; and great-grandchildren, Arianna Held, Kierra Mitchell, Kolton Mitchell, Christopher Smith, Alexis Held and Kalleigh Heath.
The funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at G.H. Herrmann Greenwood Funeral Home at The Gardens at Olive Branch, 1605 S. State Road 135. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until service time Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Round Hill Cemetery in Indianapolis.
