Franklin teenager earns state oratory title
Hope Moore of Franklin has won a statewide Right to Life oratory contest.
At the contest in early May, she competed against six regional winners from anti-abortion organizations around the state.
She will advance to the national Right to Life teen oratory contest, which will be at the national convention in New Orleans in July.
Moore qualified for the state competition by winning the event conducted by Right to Life of Johnson and Morgan Counties Inc.
She is the daughter of Terry and Nancy Moore of Franklin.
