Amity Baptist Church, 3597 U.S. 31 South, Franklin, is offering Zumba classes at 7 p.m. Sundays.
The fee is $1 for kids up to fifth grade, $3 for adults, and $5 for family of four with $1 for each extra person.

Benedict Inn Retreat & Conference Center, 1402 Southern Ave., Beech Grove, will host the center’s second alumni picnic for the center’s Spiritual Direction Internship program on May 29.
Members can convene for an evening of food, fellowship, reuniting and meeting other alumni. The Benedict Inn will provide the meat for the picnic, and guests are asked to bring a pitch-in dish. There is no fee for this event, but donations will be accepted for the SDI scholarship fund.
The picnic will begin at 6:30 p.m.

First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) of Bargersville, 101 East St., will have its annual open class car show and fish fry on June 20.
The event is 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the church. The car show registration will be 8 a.m. to noon.
The fee is $10 or $5 if you pre-register by mail.
Dash plaques will be awarded to the first 100 registered vehicles.
The top 20 and special awards will be given at 2 p.m. Participants can judge the contest.
Door prizes will be offered.
Food will be available during activities, including breakfast starting at 7 a.m.
All funds will support church missions and ministries.
