Theft

4000 block of Fairoaks Drive: A woman reported at 3:40 p.m. Tuesday that someone stole her wallet.

Thefts

• 2500 block of Endress Place: Police responded at 8:12 a.m. Tuesday to a report of theft.
• 1600  block of Meridian Oaks Drive: Police responded at 8:14 a.m. Tuesday to a report of theft.
• 1700 block of Feather Reed Lane: Police responded at 9:57 a.m. Tuesday to a report of theft.
• Kohls, 550 Fry Road: Police responded at 2:28 p.m. Tuesday to a report of theft. A woman was arrested.

Criminal mischief

2500 block of Endress Place: Police responded at 7:35 a.m. Tuesday to a report of a shattered window on a vehicle.

Thefts

• 4800 block of East County Road 250S: A man reported at 6:09 p.m. Tuesday that someone stole copper wire from the property.
• 200 block of CeeJay Drive: A woman reported at 5:50 p.m. Tuesday that someone stole her debit card.

Bailey Lee Roberts, 19, 1374 Grand Canyon Circle, Franklin; arrested on a charge of possession, consumption or transportation of alcohol by a minor; held on $1,000 bond.

Gary Wayne Dean Jr., 20, 7810 Southfield Drive, Indianapolis; arrested on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance; released on $500 bond.

Thomas W. Abbott II, 39, 717 Joy Drive, Greenwood; arrested on a fugitive warrant; held without bond.

Addison R. Tubbs, 20, 8740 Royal Meadow Drive, Indianapolis; arrested on charges of possession of marijuana and manufacturing paraphernalia; released on $2,000 bond.

Michael E. Pruitt, 20, 695 Country Gate Drive, New Whiteland; arrested on an out-of-county warrant; held without bond.

Laura Jean McIntosh, 31, 3811 Camelot Lane, Columbus; arrested on charges of theft, possession of a controlled substance and possession of methamphetamine; held on $17,200 bond.

Jose L. Luna, 30, 5213 Tufton Drive, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of driving while suspended with a previous conviction; released on $1,000 bond.

Hayle Breedlove, 20, 3962 Strathmore Drive, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of theft or receiving stolen property; held on $1,200 bond.
