EDINBURGH
Joan E. Lawson, 75, of Edinburgh, died May 1, 2015, at Franciscan St. Francis Health in Indianapolis.
She is survived by her children, Louis Ferguson of Missouri, Bernard C. Ferguson of Texas, John E. Ferguson of Ohio, William Ferguson of Edinburgh and Kathleen Baker of Winchester; siblings, Francis (Debbie) Knue of Edinburgh, Bernadette Pace of Bloomington and Brenda Walters of Denver; 33 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Green Lawson; a son, James F. Knue Sr., and a daughter, Christine Long.
A memorial service will be conducted at a later date.
Arrangements were entrusted to Eskew-Eaton Funeral Home in Edinburgh.
