Marine Lance Cpl. Joshua N. Kelly has graduated from the Marine Corps Chemical Biological Incident Response Force Basic Operations Course in Indian Head, Maryland.
He is a 2003 graduate of Greenwood Community High School.
Franklin native Brandon T. Cox, a graduate of Franklin Community High School, recently was awarded the Drill Instructor of the Year designation from the Marine Corps Recruit Depot Foundation. Cox is a staff sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corps stationed in San Diego.
