Benedict Inn Retreat & Conference Center, 1402 Southern Ave., Beech Grove, will host a silent retreat program May 11 to 13.
This retreat will focus on unplugging from the busyness of life and focusing on spiritual principles, beginning to be still and silent to be able to know God. The days will be primarily in silence except when meeting with a spiritual director. The program begins at 9:30 a.m. May 11 and ends at 3 p.m. May 13.
The fee is $280, and includes spiritual direction, food and lodging.

The “Thailand Trek” themed programs will be 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. each day and will start with a light supper.
