FRANKLIN
Mary K. (Keith) Price, 93, passed away Wednesday, April 29, 2015. She was a resident of the Franklin United Methodist Community and a former resident of Louisville, Kentucky,
She was born April 23, 1922, in Breckinridge County, Kentucky, to Boyd J. and Georgia Duke (Wilson) Keith.
She married Vernon G. Price; who preceded her in death.
She retired from as a bookkeeper for Corhart Refractories Co. in Louisville. She was a member of Fourth Avenue United Methodist Church in Louisville, where she was a member of the Fame class. She was also a member of the Order of the Eastern Star.
She is survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and three brothers, the Rev. James William Keith, C. Avery Keith and Boyd W. Keith.
The Rev. J. William Keith will conduct a graveside service at 2 p.m. Saturday at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Irvington, Kentucky. The Revs. Kaury Edwards and J. William Keith will conduct a memorial service at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Fourth Avenue United Methodist Church, 318 W. St. Catherine St., Louisville, Kentucky, where the family will receive friends immediately following the service.
