INDIANAPOLIS
Merrill Otto Polk, 93, Indianapolis, died Saturday, April 25, 2015.
Survivors include his wife, Rose Marie (Bova) Polk; children, Josephine (Joe) Annee, Pauline (Mike) Shotts, Merrill (Suzanne) Polk, Tina (Ed) Huck and Christopher Polk; sister, Margie Piazza; 16 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday at Saints Francis and Clare Catholic Church, 5901 W. Olive Branch Road, followed by Mass at 1 p.m. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery.
Arrangements were made by G. H. Herrmann Greenwood Funeral Home, 1605 S. State Road 135 and Olive Branch Road.
