<p>Jackie and Phyllis Smith of Edinburgh are celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary.</p>
<p>Mr. Smith and his wife, the former Phyllis Pendleton, were married April 16, 1977, at the Separate Baptist Church in Edinburgh.</p>
<p>He is retired from the Town of Edinburgh.</p>
<p>She is owner and operator of the Magic Mirror Beauty Salon in Edinburgh.</p>
