Pamela Kay Flora Hauk

GREENWOOD

Pamela Kay (Sells) Flora Hauk, 69, of Greenwood, passed away Wednesday, April 22, 2015, at Community Heart and Vascular Hospital in Indianapolis.

She was born May 9, 1945, in Indianapolis, to Orval and Dorothy Pearcy Sells.

Pam was a 1963 graduate of Center Grove High School. She worked at American States Insurance Co.

She loved her family and loved to do things for others. She had a passion for animals, especially her cats.

Pam is survived by her husband, Jerry Hauk of Greenwood, to whom she married Dec. 27, 1989, in Las Vegas; and two sisters, Molly Dorrell (Bill deceased) of Greenwood and Lynda Plummer (Philip) of Greenwood.

Other survivors include daughters, Brandy Schemenauer (Matt) of Indianapolis and Pam Sheese (Tony) of Spencer; son, Tim Hauk of Florida; grandchildren, Morgan Flora (Geoff), Colton Schemenauer, Zion Schemenauer of Indianapolis, Dakota Crafton of Cross Plains, Bradley Flora, Nicholas (Maren) Sheese of Spencer, Jessica (Jeremy) Busby of Worthington and Jerry Hauk and Samantha Hauk of Kentucky.

Pam also is survived by great-grandchildren, Bret, Connor and Waylon Busby of Worthington and Arora Wagoner of Kentucky. She also has one great-grandson to be born in May.

Pam was preceded in death by her first husband, Billy Flora; a son, Bradley James Flora, on May 19, 2003; and a sister, Gloria Fankboner.

The Revs. Matt Swisher and Joe Bottorff will conduct a service at 11 a.m. Saturday at Smith Valley United Methodist Church, 5239 Old Smith Valley Road, Greenwood. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m today at the church.

Memorial contributions my be made to Smith Valley United Methodist Church, 5239 Old Smith Valley Road, Greenwood, IN 46143.

Burial will be at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Glenns Valley, Greenwood.
