INDIANAPOLIS
Shauna Sue Lydy, 33, of Indianapolis, died on Tuesday, April 14, 2015.
Survivors include her parents, Brad W. and Patricia L. (Lydy) Collier; a brother, Zach (Christina) Collier; and a grandmother, Deloris Smith.
The service will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Singleton Community Mortuary and Memorial Center, 7602 Madison Ave., Indianapolis. Visitation will be from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday at the mortuary.
Memorial contributions have been suggested to the Addison’s Foundation in care of the funeral home or to the donor’s favorite Humane Society.
