• 1800 block of Hillside Drive: A man reported at 1:22 p.m. Wednesday that someone submitted a tax return using his Social Security number.
• 2800 block of North Morton Street: A man reported at 1:12 p.m. Wednesday that someone fraudulently used his wife’s credit card.

8:49 p.m. Wednesday — U.S. 31 and Schoolhouse Road: Jennifer Harriman, 26, Whiteland; and pedestrian Joseph Littrell, 26. Franklin. Littrell had head bleeding.

• 100 block of South Washington Street: Police responded at 1:33 p.m. Wednesday on a report of a theft.

• 2300 block of Harness Way: Police responded at 12:12 a.m. Thursday to a report of theft.

4300 block of East County Road 100N: A man reported at 4:48 p.m. Wednesday that someone broke into nine storage units.
