A Franklin man has been arrested and charged with sexual misconduct with a minor.
Chase Jones, 19, 325 Young St., Franklin, was charged after an investigation by the Franklin Police Department found that he had engaged in sexual contact with a 15-year-old girl.
Jones and the 15-year-old had exchanged messages before Jones snuck into the girl’s house overnight last month.
The parents of the 15-year-old previously warned Jones that if he were to have a physical relationship with the girl that they would call police.
