Pamela Sue (Bell) Neff, 67, died Thursday, March 12, 2015 at her residence in Franklin.
Survivors include her husband, Roger Carlton; two sons, Tom Neff and Zachary Neff and three grandchildren.
No service is planned at this time.
Flinn and Maguire Funeral Home in Franklin is handling arrangements.
