Jerry Lee Moore, 64, of Greenwood, died Tuesday, March 10, 2015.
Survivors include his daughters; Sarah Moore of Whiteland and Missy (Steele) Russell of Martinsville; his brother, Terry Moore of Mooresville; and six grandchildren.
A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Simplicity Funeral and Cremation Care, 7520 Madison Ave., Indianapolis with visitation from 1 p.m. until the service.
Memorial contributions may be made to Jerry’s daughters.
