COMMISKEY
Phillip Earl McIntosh, 57, died Tuesday, March 3, 2015, at his residence in Commiskey.
Survivors include his wife, Tina McIntosh of Commiskey; children, Shawn (Shawna) McIntosh of Franklin and Lisa McIntosh of Commiskey; his mother, Marilyn McIntosh of Commiskey; siblings, Herschel (Sherri) McIntosh of Franklin, Mary (Mark) Nall of North Vernon, and Bill and Robert McIntosh, Susie (David) Hill and Cathy Bondowski, all of Commiskey; and one grandchild.
A funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday at Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 420 S. State St., North Vernon, with the Rev. Richard Burcham officiating. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today and from noon until service time Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be at First Marion Baptist Church Cemetery in Commiskey, with military graveside rites.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society for esophageal cancer research, in care of the funeral home.Â
