Glenda Leonard

NINEVEH

Glenda Leonard, 75, passed away suddenly on Monday, Feb. 16, 2015, at her residence in Nineveh.

She was born on April 24, 1939, in Whiteland to George and Bernice (Utterback) Leonard.

Glenda is survived by sisters, Sandy Leonard and Letha Ramey of Nineveh and Margaret Smith of Franklin; and brother, Robert (Rosemary) Leonard of Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri.

She was preceded in passing by her parents; brothers, Harry and Walter Leonard, and sister, Wilma.

She was a 1957 graduate of Nineveh High School.

She was employed by American States Insurance in Indianapolis as a supervisor in the claims department. She retired after 37 years of dedicated service.

She was a member of Nineveh Christian Church.

Glenda enjoyed spending time with her nieces and nephews and loved baby-sitting for the great- and great-great-nieces and -nephews.

The Rev. Tom Knight will conduct a graveside service at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday at Nineveh Cemetery in Nineveh.

Flinn & Maguire Funeral Home in Franklin is handling arrangements.
