David and Cheryl Cook of Greenwood announce the engagement of their daughter, Emily Cook of Greenwood, to Kris Fortune of Richland, son of Kenny and Jeanne Fortune of Richland.
The bride-to-be graduated from Center Grove High School in 2009 and from Indiana State University in 2014. She is a registered nurse at IU Health Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.
The future groom graduated from South Spencer High School in 2009 and from Indiana State University in 2013. He is a first-grade teacher at Southwestern Consolidated Schools of Shelby County.
The wedding is set for March 21 at Stones Crossing Church in Greenwood.
