Resolution: Relax and enjoy life more — to slow down and breathe.
I have a tendency to go, go, go and not plan for relaxation in my day, and by the end of the week, I’m exhausted from the constant running.
How’s it going?
It’s been difficult, but I’m trying. I can tell you that there have been several movies that I have been wanting to see that I own, and I have identified those movies and have committed to watching one a week. I look at that as relaxing and enjoying something that I like to do. So, with that being said, I have watched several movies in the past week, three to be exact, and I plan on continuing that until I have watched all of the ones that I want to see.
How do you stay motivated?
This one is more difficult for me because it is hard to measure. I’m trying to come up with something to quantify to determine if I am doing this more than last year.
