INDIANAPOLIS
Mary C. Rebennack, 87, of Indianapolis, passed away Dec. 31, 2014.
She was born Sept. 4, 1927, in Indianapolis to the late Samuel and Mary (Genier) Sweeney. She was a 1945 graduate of Emmerich Manual High School.
She married Ronald Britton on May 21, 1949; he preceded her in death. She then married Robert Rebennack on Sept. 10, 1993. He also preceded her in death.
She was baptized one of Jehovah’s Witnesses on Sept. 19, 1974.
Surviving are a son, David (Diane) Britton; two daughters, Melanie (David) Blacketer and Beth (Kelly) Keys; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 1239 E. Stop 12 Road, Indianapolis, with Brother Allan Fowler officiating. Burial will be private.
