INDIANAPOLIS
Jerry L. Couch Sr., 55, died Thursday, Jan. 1, 2015. He was a resident of Indianapolis.
Survivors include his wife, Terry (Grooms) Couch; children, Jerry L. (Ashley) Couch Jr., Jesse L. (Shené) Couch and Joshua Cole Couch; five grandchildren; and siblings, Barbara Brown, Patty Sanders, Donnie Couch, Helen Sayers and Tammy Johnson.
A service will be conducted at 10 a.m. today at Wilson St. Pierre Funeral Service and Crematory, Chapel of the Chimes, 1234 Prospect St., Indianapolis. Burial will be at New Crown Cemetery in Indianapolis.
