Orville ‘Jack’ Dobkins

SOMERSET, KY.

Orville “Jack” Dobkins, 67, of Somerset, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 30, 2014, at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset.

He was born March 23, 1947, to the late Josh and Mary (Adams) Dobkins.

Besides his parents, Mr. Dobkins was preceded in death by a host of brothers and sisters and one son, Josh Alan Dobkins.

He is survived by his partner of 18 years, Kathy Griffis; one daughter, Stacy Skillman (Bill) of Greenwood; one brother, John Randall of Somerset; and one sister, Marlene (Randall) Phelps of Cincinnati.

A celebration of life will be at noon today at the Chapel of Somerset Undertaking and Crematory, 113 N. Main St. Pastor Steve Schellin will officiate. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time today at the funeral chapel.
