Barbara Kendall

Barbara J. Hamilton Kendall, 82, died Monday, Dec. 29, 2014. She was a resident of Franklin and a former resident of Indianapolis.

Barbara was born in Hall to Onnie and Verna McCulley Hamilton. She worked for Ogden and Aramark in concessions at Market Square Arena, Bush Stadium, Victory Field, Bankers Life Fieldhouse and many others, as well as being an Avon representative for many years.

When she wasn’t working, she loved spending time with her family and canning salsa, jellies and jams, which will be greatly missed by all. She also enjoyed watching horror movies with her family.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, James Kendall.

She is survived by her children Ronald Kendall, Mickey Voss, Dennis Kendall, Belinda Leihman, Paige Lewis and Jamie Kendall; a sister, Beth Dodson; 17 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Flanner and Buchanan-Floral Park, 425 N. Holt Road, Indianapois. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral center. Burial will be at Floral Park Cemetery in Indianapolis.
