Gary L. Mitchell, 62, died Monday, Dec. 22, 2014, in Louisville, Kentucky. He was a resident of Madison.
Survivors include eight children, four sisters, one brother and 10 grandchildren.
A funeral service will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Monday at the Indiana Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1415 N. Gate Road, Madison. Visitation will be from 12:30 p.m. until service time Monday at the cemetery. Burial will follow the funeral service.
