FRANKLIN
Mr. Granville William “Billy” McEndree Jr. 54, of Franklin, died at 4:40 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 6, 2014, at Select Specialty Hospital in Indianapolis.
He entered this life on March 26, 1960, in Madison, the loving son of Granville W. “Bill”, Sr. and Rhodia (Carr) McEndree.
He was a 1978 graduate of the Switzerland County High School.
Billy was united in marriage July 9, 1989, in Greenwood to Kimberly Kay Wilson.
Billy was a former service technician for the Fletch Chrysler in Franklin and Tom O’Brian Chrysler in Greenwood. He was a former employee for the U.S. Shoe Factory in Vevay.
Billy resided in the Franklin community, since 1992.
Billy will be remembered for his love of fishing, hunting, gardening, watching TV, reading and especially his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife, Kimberly Kay Wilson McEndree of Franklin; daughter, Amy (John) McElroy of Russell Springs, Kentucky, sons, Jake McEndree of Russell Springs, Kentucky, Rocky Lane (Missie) Wilson of Fishers and Jesse Dale (Kelena) McEndree of Russell Springs, Kentucky; grandchildren, Nathaniel, Madison, Adrien, Dylan, Remy and Kali; mother, Rhodia Carr McEndree of Shawnee, Oklahoma; sister, Rebby (Dan) Dotson of Rising Sun; brother, Joseph (LaRae) McEndree of Shawnee, Oklahoma; nieces and nephews, Katrina Marsh, Laura Wentworth, Samantha Wilson, Katie Birge, Todd McEndree, Charlie Wolfe, Josh Wolfe, Michael Wilson, Corey Wilson, Cody Wilson, Christian Wilson, Caleb Wilson, Quinton Oliver, Clayton Oliver and Billy Birge; mother-in-law, Cora Wilson of Madison; sisters-in-laws, Terri (Eddie) Oliver and Lonnie Birge, both of Vevay; and brother-in-law Wade Wilson.
He was preceded in death by his father, Granville W. “Bill” McEndree Sr. and grandmother, Rebecca Carr.
A funeral service will be conducted at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Haskell & Morrison Funeral Home, 208 Ferry St. Vevay. Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
