CLEVELAND, TENNESSEE

Barbara “Bobbie” Jean Davis Clayman, 77, of Cleveland, Tennessee, passed away Saturday, Nov. 22, 2014.

She was born Dec. 2, 1936, in Camden, Ohio, to the late Wilbert and Martha Francis (Brower) Davis. She had retired from the Gen Corp. of Marion after 16 years of employment.

In addition to her parents, she also was preceded in death by her sisters, Betty Davis, Rosemary Davis, Gertrude Garner, Opal Sheard and Wanetta Melling; and brothers, Raymond Davis and Paul “Bud” Davis.

She is survived by her children, Beverly (Joe) Edwards of Franklin, Ohio, Randy (Jan) Clayman of New Whiteland, Terry (Beth) Clayman of Muncie, Todd (Jody) Clayman of Cameron, North Carolina, and Dawn (Chris) Lowe of Cleveland, Tennessee; one brother, Richard Davis of New Madison, Ohio; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; along with special friends, Perry and Marilyn Garmon, Reedy Garmon, Phyllis Burris, Lou and Gary Norris, Dottie and David Sharp, and Steve Garmon.

A service will be at 3 p.m. today at Girton Schmidt & Boucher Gard Funeral Home, 226 West Main St., Eaton, Ohio, with the Rev. Keith Gebhart officiating. Viewing will be from 1 p.m. until service time today at the funeral home. A graveside service will be at the convenience of the family at Mound Hill Cemetery, Eaton, Ohio.
